I saw an item for sale on your website but it’s sold out now, will you get more?

Unfortunately because of the nature of our website, many products that we carry are not mass produced therefore we acquire them in limited quantities. We urge our customers to purchase items they adore immediately, oftentimes they rarely if ever come back in stock.

Do you have a mailing list to keep me posted on when items go on sale?

Do you have gift cards that I can give as a gift for a birthday or holiday?

What is “Instant Vintage”?

Instant Vintage pieces or designs are pieces that aren’t necessarily aged or from a former time period, but have the same look and feel of it’s authentic vintage counterpart. Many modern designers now specialize in pieces that fit into the theme of vintage look without the inflated price tag.

I bought two of the same item why do they look different?

We stray away from mass produced items, selecting mostly carefully crafted, high quality products and are thrilled to offer items where no two are exactly alike. Because of the custom-made nature of many of our designer products two items may not appear identical. This just adds to the overall charm and sophistication of a piece and should not be considered a flaw.

Can I return an item I’ve recently purchased?

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and become a repeat customer. If you wish to return an item, please note that all returns must reach us within 10 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. Please allow 10-14 days to process your refund. Note: A 10% a repackaging and restocking fee is assessed to “all” returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I return an item?

Why is there a restocking fee?

The majority of our items are custom-made and available in limited quantities. We assess a 10% restocking fee on all items when they are returned due to non-defect. This keeps our prices very affordable and increases our ability to offer Sales and Discounts to our customers.

Can I place an item on HOLD or LAYAWAY an item?

Currently we have a “no hold” policy. However, we do offer layaway on select merchandise. Please contact our customer service department here and they will walk you through the steps necessary to place an item on layaway.

I own something similar to what you are selling. Do you offer consignment of merchandise?

We do offer consignment on quality vintage designer pieces. Please contact our customer service department here and they will walk you through the steps necessary to get your items reviewed for possible consignment.
